Job Responsibilities The Human Resources Co-op is responsible to carry out a wide variety of duties for the Human Resources department with a focus on Human Resources processes, internal and external recruiting, BGM sponsored programs and providing value added support for the Human Resources Department members. What We Are Looking For High School diploma or GED required Post-secondary education preferred as either current student or recent graduate with 2- or 4-year degree in HR or related field Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing preferred Ability to operate standard office equipment Awareness, Unity, Empowerment At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
