Work Environment\n

In this fully remote role, you will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, providing flexibility and convenience for both therapists and patients. This position allows for a balanced work-life schedule, contributing to higher job satisfaction and employee retention. You will be expected to maintain regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Collaborative online meetings, case consultations, and training sessions will form part of your routine, ensuring alignment and support within the team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating the intensity and duration of their symptoms to create individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote emotional wellness and coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques, providing ongoing support and guidance.

• Regularly monitor and review client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical specialists to ensure an integrated care approach, enhancing the overall treatment experience.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously improve service delivery and therapeutic techniques.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
