About the Role
The Company is a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They are currently seeking a Partner with a portable book of business and expertise in supported industries to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex cases, providing expert legal advice, and managing key client relationships. This role also involves leading and mentoring associate attorneys, contributing to firm management, and actively seeking new business to support the firm's growth. Applicants for the Partner position at the company should have a proven track record of success in their practice area, a deep understanding of the law within their industry specialization, and strong client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to business development, deep legal knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills. A portable book of business of at least $1 million is required, and the candidate should be adept at understanding the firm's financial operations. The role demands a high level of ethical conduct, extensive experience, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of legal professionals.
