Accounts Payable Specialists

Description $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Outstanding Benefits package! Responsibilities Receive, review, and enter high volumes of vendor invoices and credit memos into the accounting system. Verify accuracy by comparing the invoice, original purchase order (PO), and receiving documents. Process and execute outgoing payments via Automated Clearing House (ACH), wire transfers, or checks. Assist the accounting team with accruals and AP ledger reconciliations to close out the month. Maintain organized digital and physical files, providing supporting documentation during internal and external audits. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable is needed. Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
