Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in cooperative team dynamics by actively participating in Child and Family team meetings, treatment planning sessions, and case reviews.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring alignment with agency protocols and best practice standards.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation including client assessments, treatment updates, and discharge summaries, managing all records with the utmost confidentiality and security.

• Apply diagnostic skills to identify and understand mental health disorders in children and adolescents, tailoring strategies to meet their unique needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions based on the latest research and methodologies, consistently evaluating progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training to deepen understanding of innovative treatment techniques and stay abreast of current trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on supporting children, adolescents, and their families. As an LMFT, you will work closely with clients dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, behavioral challenges, and trauma. You will utilize your clinical skills to facilitate therapy that emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and improved family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
