About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead its multi-market operations, with a focus on driving P&L performance, scalable growth, and leadership development. The RVP will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and regional execution across multiple branch locations and acquired home-service brands. This role demands a leader with a strong financial acumen, capable of owning the regional P&L, driving revenue and profitability targets, and optimizing expenses. The successful candidate will also be tasked with partnering with, mentoring, and developing local General Managers to build high-performing branch teams, as well as establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure process and performance management. Applicants for the RVP position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership or multi-site operational management, preferably within home services, HVAC, construction, or field-service trades. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing large P&L responsibilities and driving aggressive revenue growth. Strong execution skills in building operational cadence, performance management frameworks, and process optimization across geographically dispersed teams are essential. The RVP will be expected to align regional practices with company values to enhance customer satisfaction, employee retention, and the development of top talent.
