Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Establish and track therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, celebrating their progress and adapting strategies as needed.

• Offer flexible teletherapy sessions, making services accessible to clients facing mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual engagement.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards in practice and to support ongoing patient care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
