Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new employees. Prepare onboarding paperwork, collect required employment documentation, and maintain compliance throughout the hiring process. Enter and maintain employee information within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Facilitate background checks, employment verifications, benefits enrollment, and other pre-employment requirements. Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure onboarding tasks, training, and documentation are completed on time. Serve as a resource for new hires by answering questions regarding onboarding, HR policies, and company procedures. Maintain organized and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Previous experience working in an HR, Human Resources Assistant, HR Coordinator, or related role. Experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
