Work Environment

The Physical Therapist position is based onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources. Working closely with a team of skilled clinicians and support staff, you will be immersed in an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Operating from Monday to Friday, your schedule will include working from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life setup.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical mobility and functioning in children and adults to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to execute individualized treatment plans, ensuring that each session focuses on improving patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and reassess patient progress by evaluating clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting goals and treatment modalities as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and care plans, using our electronic medical records system.
• Provide valuable education to patients and their families about recovery processes, potential challenges, and strategies for enhancing success.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to overall business targets while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with professionals across the organization, leveraging multidisciplinary expertise to ensure comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population spanning various age groups, races, and ethnicities. Our clientele may present with a range of diagnoses, requiring a personalized approach to treatment that is both flexible and responsive to their unique needs. Your ability to adapt treatment plans and communicate effectively with patients and their families will play a crucial role in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy licensure in New Jersey.
• Experience in conducting physical therapy evaluations and treatments, both in-person and via telehealth.
• A genuine desire to work collaboratively with a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
