Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and continuously reassess patient progress to optimize therapy outcomes.
• Document all treatment parameters meticulously using our electronic health record system, including SOAP notes and progress reports.
• Educate patients and families about physical therapy processes, self-management strategies, and potential challenges during recovery.
• Meet established productivity targets and contribute to clinic business objectives, balancing administrative tasks with patient care.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients participating in multiple therapy modalities.
• Act as a culture champion for Renew Motion Therapy, aligning daily actions with our core values and mission to provide exceptional care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults experiencing a broad spectrum of physical challenges. This role is particularly rewarding for those passionate about rehabilitation and dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals from various backgrounds and with differing needs.

Qualifications

• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in New Jersey.
• Possess a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.
• Ability to perform evaluations and deliver treatment in-person and, when appropriate, via telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to the base salary, Renew Motion Therapy provides a comprehensive benefits package including:
