Work Environment

Located in Avenel, New Jersey, our onsite Rehabilitation Center offers a collaborative environment where innovation and teamwork are at the heart of our practice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans that accurately align with medical recommendations.
• Apply targeted therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities to facilitate patient progress.
• Document patient progress meticulously using electronic medical record systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure a coordinated approach to rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions, treatment options, rehabilitation strategies, and preventive measures.
• Meet productivity and performance metrics to contribute to the operational success of the clinic while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Texoma Care, you will work with a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. This variety provides an enriching professional experience, allowing you to apply your skills across different aspects of physical therapy and witness firsthand the significant impact of your work on patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems.
• A commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients, promoting a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who possess a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and have at least two years of clinical experience. Previous exposure to interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as a passion for engaging with the community and enhancing patient wellness, will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
