Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Perform hands-on therapeutic care to facilitate patients' recovery and improve their functional abilities.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques and exercises to support at-home rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care, enhancing overall patient outcomes.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with patients.
• Meet established utilization goals and other business objectives to contribute to the success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Each patient presents unique challenges, requiring tailored approaches to therapy that promote healing and optimal functionality. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of New Jersey.
• Graduated from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a therapeutic setting.
• A commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. Experience in a rehabilitation setting or with specialized patient populations is highly desired. A background in implementing evidence-based treatment strategies and a track record of achieving positive patient outcomes will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits
