Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Oakbend, you will be responsible for:

• Entering patient homes to evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Using evidence-based practices to administer therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's individual needs and goals.
• Working with a diverse patient population, addressing various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with patients and their families, aiming to enhance their recovery experience.
• Regularly consulting, educating, and training patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury management strategies.
• Achieving minimum utilization goals and contributing to overall clinic success by collaborating with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, with a valid state license to practice in New Jersey.
• Completion of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and computer software.
• A passion for establishing meaningful relationships with patients to support their functional recovery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Oakbend Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including:
