Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home environment to assess physical abilities and limitations, crafting tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Implement diverse treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatment sessions, responses, and outcomes to adjust therapy plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
