Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing customized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions, as well as facilitating couple’s therapy to address relational dynamics.
\n
• Using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to treat a range of issues, including grief and loss, family conflict, substance abuse, and adjustment to life transitions.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and ensuring clients have access to appropriate resources.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse client populations, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will address various mental health issues, such as: - Alcohol abuse - Physical and psychological abuse - Family conflicts, including sibling rivalries and parental separations - Adjustment issues related to divorce or blended family dynamics - Communication skills enhancement

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Strong commitment to treating mental health issues with a patient-centered approach.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Successful candidates will ideally have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on family therapy and group dynamics. Experience in telehealth practices is a plus, as we aim to offer flexible therapy options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
