Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and available resources effectively.

• Providing personalized therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create integrated and client-centered treatment plans.

• Implementing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of client progress and needs.

• Leading engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client understanding and foster peer support.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety during times of acute distress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
