The Role: The Dyrt is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You are a fit if: You have experience at a fast-paced startup. You have a proven track record of success selling within the Outdoor, Active Lifestyle or Travel industry. You have a minimum of 6+ years of sales experience, ideally in the digital media industry. You understand advertising including native ads and product integration solutions, along with a passion for Native Apps and digital media. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Sell a mix of custom and standard digital advertising solutions, including display, sponsored content, social, video, email, sponsorships, and promotional placements. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close. Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships. Grow and manage a $1–3M+ annual portfolio by developing new advertiser and agency relationships within priority verticals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, events, tradeshows, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and media buying agencies to drive repeat business and increased RFPs. Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals via virtual meetings, phone calls, and in-person presentations. Collaborate with growth marketing, creative, and engineering teams to create customized advertising solutions. Track sales activity, account details, and forecast revenue and report on pipeline performance.
