Administrative Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be very bright.
- Advanced QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions: Contactor preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- PDF editing experience.
- Experience in construction, design, architectural, lighting, or furniture firm very helpful.
- Fluent English.
- Administrative experience.
DUTIES:
- Assist team to facilitate purchases for projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate information between administration, design members, and project site.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Track purchase orders including shipping status, dates, receipts, and final locations.
- Monitor and log project status and material requirements.
- General administrative tasks.
