What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as an important resource for our patients by providing friendly, professional assistance with their billing questions and account needs.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming multi-line phone calls professionally and courteously.
Assist patients with billing questions and payment inquiries.
Process payments securely over the phone.
Update patient demographic and insurance information.
Review patient account balances and explain charges.
Resolve billing concerns and account disputes with empathy and professionalism.
Work Accounts Receivable to help resolve outstanding balances.
Navigate the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and efficiently.
Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office equipment.
Medical office experience is helpful but not required.
Education & Experience
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
Call center experience is preferred.
Medical office or healthcare experience is a plus.
