What You’ll Do: Meet with qualified leads booked by the office and walk them through backup power options. Explain generator sizing, features, pricing, and accessories in a way homeowners can actually understand. Put together clear, professional proposals and handle follow-ups. Keep your schedule organized and stay on top of follow-ups. Hit monthly sales goals by working on your pipeline and building relationships. Find new opportunities through referrals, networking, and light prospecting. What We’re Looking For: A great communicator who listens well, asks good questions, and builds trust with homeowners. Someone who’s mechanically curious and likes understanding how things work. No generator experience is needed. We’ll train you. A driven, self-motivated person who enjoys hitting goals and pushing themselves to grow. Organized and independent, able to manage their schedule and follow-ups without hand‑holding.
