Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As an itinerant TVI, you'll be supporting students throughout Delaware County, working approximately 30 hours per week. Every day brings diversity and purpose, with the flexibility to engage with different schools and communities, broadening your professional horizons and enhancing your skill set.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired
- Experience working with school-age students with visual impairments preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt and travel across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative services to visually impaired students across multiple schools
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting educational materials as needed
- Maintain records, document services, and participate in team meetings
