As HR Consultant, you are called in for several in-house projects with the client. Possible assignments include: HR Business Partner, Recruiter, employer branding, internal mobility. Assignments vary from fulfilling temporary needs in the HR department to a stable integration. Support: At HumanX you will receive all the support you need to become a rock star at your client. Objective: HR Consultants at HumanX help our clients face operational challenges. The objective is to be plug-and-play, to have an immediate impact at the client’s HR department. This can be achieved with a hands-on attitude, ownership and curiosity, taking tasks into hand and guiding them. As you become familiar with the job and environment, we will work on continuous improvement to help your client work more efficiently. This can lead to several HR projects where you can grow your skills. Skills and Qualifications At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field A minimum of 1-2 years HR experience is required Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch #J-18808-Ljbffr
