Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their goals and physical needs, ensuring the delivery of tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain a patient schedule with a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for personalized attention during each consultation.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at restoring mobility and functionality.
• Develop and customize wellness programs that address the unique requirements of each patient, focusing on improved strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatments, reducing the reliance on medications while utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate and document patient progress consistently, ensuring clear communication with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery process, fostering a positive and empowering atmosphere.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care and to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
