Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our therapy team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments of patients, including evaluations of their medical history, current physical condition, functional limitations, and personal goals.
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on the findings from assessments and collaborating with patients to ensure their understanding and commitment to the proposed care strategies.
• Implementing a variety of treatment techniques, including education, progressive exercise prescription, and advanced manual therapy methodologies tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to care plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educating patients about their rehabilitation journey, promoting adherence to the prescribed therapeutic exercise regimens, and encouraging self-management strategies to maintain progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation from joint replacements, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. You will engage with a diverse group of patients, guiding them on their journey toward recovery and restoration of functional mobility.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience developing and implementing tailored exercise regimens that promote recovery and build patient confidence.

Compensation and Benefits
