Work Environment

Located in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, our onsite environment is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and technology designed to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes. Our clinic operates within a collaborative atmosphere where Physical Therapists, support staff, and healthcare professionals work together to enhance patient care. You will enjoy a structured schedule, allowing for work-life balance, with hours set from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to establish comprehensive evaluations of their functional capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities tailored to individual conditions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver effective rehabilitation sessions that prioritize the patient's recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic and cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for home exercises, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications that promote long-term health and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and modify treatment plans as needed based on continuous assessments and patient feedback.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant therapy environment following all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Keep up-to-date with contemporary trends in physical therapy to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic cases, treating a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals experiencing post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic orthopedic conditions. You will build strong therapeutic relationships with your patients, helping them set and achieve their recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills tailored toward creating an engaging patient experience and working with team members.
• Certification in CPR/BLS and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
