Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care in accordance with the physician's prescription, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Utilize advanced evaluation techniques to assess patient conditions and design personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving established rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed patient tolerance and responses during therapy sessions.
• Engage in comprehensive documentation practices to fulfill departmental policies and uphold the standards of patient care.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and collaborative team activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
