Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices, therapeutic exercises, and innovative modalities.
• Utilize hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, myofascial release, and neuromuscular re-education to aid in patient recovery.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans based on their response to therapy and ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, body mechanics, and injury prevention methods to foster independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, tracking treatment interventions and progress to aid in continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as a Physical Therapist at Revive will involve treating a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and workplace-related conditions. Patients may present with issues such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, fractured bones, or balance and gait deficits. You will have the opportunity to tailor your approach to meet the diverse physical and emotional needs of each patient, thus enhancing their rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Earned Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Knowledgeable in modern therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic modalities, exercise therapies, and patient education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to accurately assess and address patient rehabilitation needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to foster effective relationships with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and treatment plans efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits
