Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager (all genders), you are the driving force behind the growth of E-Lyte. You build sustainable customer relationships, open up new market segments, and position our innovative electrolyte solutions for modern energy storage systems with strategic partners worldwide. Through your work, you directly contribute to the success and international growth strategy of E-Lyte.

Your areas of focus

• You expand the business with existing customers and target new customers for us
• You develop market and service strategies to sustainably open up new segments and key customers
• You advise customers on R&D projects and accompany them from contract negotiation to successful completion
• You build up a sales pipeline among other things through trade fairs, conferences, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prepare these appointments before and after
• You keep an eye on the market and competition and derive trends and strategies from it
• You maintain personal customer relationships, conduct workshops, and represent E-Lyte as a speaker at conferences
• You work closely with the team, management, and external sales agents and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and costs

Your profile

• A completed degree in chemical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, or chemical engineering is advantageous, or you have completed a degree in business administration and have already gained several years of professional experience in the technical sales of chemical products
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of modern battery technologies and battery components
• You have a high technical and technological understanding, a quick grasp, and ideally already have connections in the battery industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills characterize you
• Very good German and English skills are required
