Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to address each client's specific mental health, behavioral, and relational challenges, setting clear and achievable goals.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care to facilitate therapeutic interventions for issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and families, ensuring to employ therapeutic techniques that foster engagement and promote healing.

• Deliver crisis management services to clients facing urgent psychological distress, providing immediate support and appropriate intervention as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each client interaction, treatment progression, and outcome assessments to track improvements and inform future care decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing intricate issues related to mental health and relationships. You will engage with clients who may be dealing with significant life transitions, chronic stress, emotional trauma, or behavioral challenges. Understanding the complexities of family dynamics and the importance of an inclusive therapeutic approach will be essential in helping clients achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required, with possession of an active LMFT license from the State of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Life Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
