Sparkle -N- Shine LLC is seeking a Professional Cleaner to support quality cleaning services across multiple onsite facilities in Westmoreland county and surrounding areas.

The Professional Cleaner role is responsible for delivering consistent, detail-oriented janitorial and facility cleaning services. This position supports Sparkle -N- Shine LLC’s commitment to quality by maintaining clean, safe, and presentable environments on a daily basis.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity designed for dependable professionals who can follow cleaning standards, work with minimal supervision, and maintain a professional approach in shared spaces.

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties such as wiping, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and other assigned tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness standards across assigned facilities, focusing on detail and thoroughness.

• Use safe work practices while cleaning and handling supplies and equipment.

• Support day-to-day operations by arriving on time, staying flexible with schedules, and completing tasks efficiently.

• Represent the company professionally in client-facing environments and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work open availability as needed to support scheduling across facilities.

• Clear background and eligibility for required screening (including Childline clearance, as applicable).

• Demonstrated reliability and the ability to perform cleaning tasks consistently.

• Comfort working onsite in active facility environments.

• Prior experience as a cleaner or in janitorial services (2–3 years preferred, though not required).

• Familiarity with day-to-day cleaning routines and quality expectations for commercial or multi-site environments.

• Experience following checklists, task priorities, and established cleaning standards.

Hourly rate: $16.00
