Full-Time Back - End Nights - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Location: Nora Springs, IA
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 p.m - 7:00 a.m

At One Vision, we're introducing a new 12-hour shift model designed to support work-life balance while giving you the chance to make a lasting impact . We're hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Day Schedule in Nora Springs homes.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll play a hands-on role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently. Your days will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks like cooking, hygiene, laundry, and medications

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and personal growth

• Supporting recreational activities and community involvement

• Driving individuals to outings, appointments, and events

• Keeping accurate documentation through electronic systems

• Helping manage personal finances and grocery shopping

Qualifications

• No experience required-we'll train you and pay you while you learn

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed

• Comfortable with basic technology for documentation

• Must pass background checks and health screenings

• Completion of required training and certifications (paid by us)
