Step into a high-visibility Finance Controller role where you will establish and lead the U.S. finance function for a global automotive manufacturing company scaling rapidly in North America. Highlights Own the full U.S. finance function for a business projected to grow 66% in the next few years. Lead a critical SAP implementation and financial transformation initiative. Partner cross‑functionally across sales, supply chain, and operations to drive performance. Gain exposure to IPO preparation and global leadership visibility. Positioned for significant expansion, this role offers the opportunity to shape the financial foundation of a business scaling rapidly in North America. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end accounting, reporting, and monthly close in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. Oversee tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements across federal and state levels. Manage cash flow, working capital and financial planning activities to support scaling operations. Serve as a strategic business partner to sales, supply chain and operations, providing insight into pricing, margins and profitability. Lead SAP implementation and data migration, ensuring accuracy, controls and scalability (intake notes). Establish processes, controls and SOPs to support a growing U.S. subsidiary. Support audits, consolidation and global reporting requirements. Qualifications If this opportunity excites you and you bring the following experience, we’d love to connect. 6–10+ years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing or automotive environments. Strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, tax and transfer pricing. Experience operating in a standalone or subsidiary finance leadership role. Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred). Demonstrated ability to build processes and operate in a lean, high‑growth environment. CPA, CA or MBA (Finance) preferred. Ideal Profile A builder with a CFO mindset who is equally comfortable driving strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000.
