Red Clog Kitchen is a chef-owned, farm-to-table meal prep company focused on seasonal cooking, local farms, and high-quality ingredients. We're looking for an experienced, hardworking kitchen professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing exceptional food.

Schedule

Our production schedule typically runs  Friday through Monday , with occasional weeks shifting to  Thursday through Sunday , depending on production needs and catering events.

What You'll Do

• Food preparation and cooking for weekly meal production
• Assist with packaging and quality control
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Help with catering events as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining high culinary standards

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience required
• Experience in  high-volume production kitchens or catering strongly preferred
• Excellent knife skills and food safety knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Must have a reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver's license

Compensation & Perks

• $25/hour
• Commission opportunities after training when independently managing production
