We utilize secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals, couples, and families seeking therapy to devise tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services for a range of issues, including relationship challenges, stress management, anxiety, and depression.

• Create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their personal and relational challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress, treatment plans, and session notes following HIPAA and state regulations.

• Engage in collaborative case management by connecting clients with external resources and additional services when required.

• Stay informed about emerging therapeutic approaches and innovative practices in the mental health field.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to promote shared learning and clinical excellence.

You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds and demographics. Qualifications\n

• A current Arizona LMFT license is required, or eligibility to attain licensure in the state.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Wellnest Counselling Center, we believe in recognizing and rewarding talent. We offer a competitive compensation package in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
