Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address a spectrum of mental health and relational issues.

• Document each session accurately and confidentially, adhering to HIPAA regulations and state standards to maintain client confidentiality.

• Engage family members or significant others in the therapeutic process when appropriate, enhancing the support network for clients.

• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Act as an advocate for clients during crises, providing immediate interventions to help stabilize situations and connect them with necessary resources.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices.

• Manage your caseload effectively, while ensuring that each client receives adequate sessions per week tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
