Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for individuals, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Manage a dynamic caseload, adapting treatment plans based on client progress, needs, and feedback.

• Support clients through a variety of therapeutic services including crisis intervention, couples and family therapy, addiction counseling, and skills training.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to refine treatment strategies and ensure holistic care.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and communication with other care providers, ensuring compliance with organizational and state guidelines.

• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality assurance activities to maintain the highest level of care.

• Actively contribute to the development of program initiatives aimed at enhancing client outcomes and improving service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license or Psy.D to practice in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
