Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our clinicians are encouraged to determine their own caseloads, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, maximizing both productivity and personal satisfaction. We handle all administrative duties, enabling you to devote your time to providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the DSM for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling for individual clients, families, and groups, focusing on evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Utilize clinical expertise to manage cases effectively, implementing interventions such as crisis management, skills training, and couples and family therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including supervising psychologists, to provide top-notch care and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular clinical consultation and supervision to maintain high standards of practice and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Participate in quality assurance processes and team discussions regarding case reviews and clinical concerns.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Washington or Psy.D.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, with a demonstrated commitment to client-centered practice.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and electronic health record management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 75,000 to 125,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and education.
