Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Priory Wellbeing Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ specific needs and concerns.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients dealing with relational distress, life transitions, anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and more.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in adherence to the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
\n
• Participating in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes for clients, including regular involvement in team meetings and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals and families from varying backgrounds, each with unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing relationship issues, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona, enabling you to practice independently.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field, providing the foundational knowledge essential for effective treatment.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, demonstrating practical knowledge and skills.
