Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy and support to clients from the comfort of your home. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to adapt to the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans designed for positive outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your skills to stabilize and support clients.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take proactive steps in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, contributing your insights to enhance team dynamics and patient care strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will work with patients experiencing a broad spectrum of issues, providing support to individuals, couples, and families. Your sensitivity to each patient's unique cultural and personal context is critical in building trust and rapport, which is vital for successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the latest therapeutic approaches.

• Proven competencies in conducting mental health assessments and developing relevant treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathetic listening and client engagement.

• Ability to maintain professional ethics and boundaries while providing compassionate care.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and general computer proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
