Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy services focused on various individual and family issues.

• Utilize diagnostic tools and the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform treatment planning and interventions.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including specialized counseling for addictions and dual disorders.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client specific needs, offering crisis intervention and stress management support.

• Coordinate care effectively with psychologists and nurse practitioners, making recommendations for treatment adjustments as needed.

• Evaluate treatment progress and make evidence-based modifications to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Document therapy sessions accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records in electronic health record systems to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborative consultations to discuss complex cases and improve service delivery across the organization.

• Share clinical insights and resources with clients and their families, placing an emphasis on community support systems and sociocultural factors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you'll serve includes individuals and families grappling with mental health issues across various spectrums, including those experiencing dual diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorders. Our comprehensive approach emphasizes the need for sensitive and culturally relevant therapeutic practices that meet clients where they are in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active, unrestricted LMFT or Psy.D licensure in the state of Florida.

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in clinical settings, particularly utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Proficient in electronic health record management and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in family systems therapy and couples counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
