Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy, applying advanced psychotherapeutic techniques and treatment planning.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups, including intensive outpatient programs.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide skills training, supportive therapy, and couples counseling tailored to each client's situation.

• Maintain comprehensive records, including the written documentation of therapy sessions and creating reports while coordinating with necessary social agencies and educational institutions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent Psy.D in the state of Texas.
