The work setting for this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate seamless client interactions, enabling therapists to provide services effectively and efficiently. You will enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule, with potential caseloads ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, depending on your availability and preferences. Additionally, we provide all necessary administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, developing treatment plans based on the latest DSM standards under the guidance of licensed professionals.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including those in Intensive Outpatient Programs.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver various therapeutic modalities, including crisis intervention, behavioral skills training, and couples and family therapy.
\n
• Assess client needs and urgency, adjusting therapeutic approaches and coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other medical professionals as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress reports, while adhering to organizational and regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, team meetings, and collaborative consultations with colleagues.
\n
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, reviewing cases and contributing to best practices to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in Pennsylvania.

• A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to streamline clinical workflows.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
