Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 to 7 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, including fund audits at a fund, administrator, or public accounting firm
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Familiarity with daily accounting activities and financial statement reviews
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Advent applications and Confluence financial reporting platform
• In-depth understanding of portfolio accounting and investment management
• CPA certification
  

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• Extensive experience in the alternative investments sector, including fund operations or audits
