We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Healthcare Records Intake Assistant to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting the secure intake and processing of medical records.

What You’ll Do

Receive and log incoming medical records
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Upload and categorize files in digital systems
Communicate with facilities about missing documentation
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
