Job Title: Construction Lead Installers - Commercial Heating and Cooling

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead Installer to oversee and manage our commercial heating and cooling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.

Working Foreman while overseeing projects

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the commercial heating and cooling industry.

Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
