Vice President, Real Estate Investment Sales

A leading national commercial real estate advisory and investment sales firm is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to join its growing team in the Philadelphia suburbs. The firm specializes in investment sales, capital markets advisory, and strategic consulting across residential and alternative real estate sectors, working with institutional investors, private owners, developers, and operators nationwide. The successful candidate will focus on developing relationships with property owners, investors, and industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities for investment sales and financing solutions, and driving long-term business growth. Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and cultivate new client relationships within commercial real estate investment markets. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, owners, investors, and referral sources. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business development strategies and expand market presence. Conduct proactive outreach to property owners and investment groups to uncover transaction and financing opportunities. Track and manage prospect activity through CRM platforms and internal reporting systems. Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and professional organizations. Support transaction teams through market research, underwriting, financial analysis, and presentation development. Assist with marketing initiatives, client presentations, and business development campaigns. Develop a strong understanding of the firm's advisory, investment sales, and capital markets services. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in business development, investment sales, acquisitions, brokerage, or related commercial real estate roles. Prior experience with a commercial real estate brokerage, advisory firm, investment sales platform, or capital markets team strongly preferred. Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals and transaction processes. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and generate business opportunities. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems such as Salesforce. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree required. Real estate license is a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
