About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Executive Management Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and expanding the company's portfolio within assigned accounts, with a focus on developing relationships with key decision-makers in the life sciences industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand the complexities of client organizations and identify growth opportunities for the company's solutions. The VP will also be the primary advisor for commercial operations leaders within the assigned accounts, leading and overseeing contracted business advisory services, and business development efforts. A key aspect of the role is to create and execute business plans, maintain industry knowledge, and position the company as a thought leader. Applicants for the VP, Executive Management Advisor position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 12-15 years of commercial operations experience at the Director/VP level, or related business development experience in support of life sciences organizations. The role demands a proven track record in leading or supporting commercial operations, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs, and excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in negotiating and closing business deals, the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, and strong analytical skills for market assessment. Collaboration, the ability to influence without authority, and a commitment to the company's values of inclusion and engagement are also essential.
