About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the strategic and comprehensive enrollment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a long-range, flexible enrollment plan that aligns with the institution's mission and goals. This plan will focus on the entire student life cycle, from recruitment to retention, and will involve integrating best practices to enhance the College's branding and increase enrollment of both traditional and non-traditional students. The role also includes a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making, optimizing existing tools, and ensuring that the enrollment strategy is driven by robust data and thorough analysis. The Vice President will be a key partner in supporting the College's enrollment and retention strategies and will work closely with various units to foster a culture of collaboration and support for student success. The ideal candidate for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the field. They should be adept at recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a talented staff, and be prepared to manage change and realign resources as necessary. The role requires a champion for the institution's mission and vision, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of constituents. The Vice President will also be expected to ensure that the staff reflects the demographic diversity of the prospective student population. A strong sense of collaboration, both within the enrollment management division and with other campus units, is essential.
