Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy from the beginning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with clients’ goals and assessment findings, incorporating evidence-based modalities to facilitate effective interventions.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to address a range of issues.

• Monitor client progress and document outcomes diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness and responsiveness to client needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of the client’s wellbeing.

You will work with a diverse client population that encompasses individuals and families facing challenges such as mood disorders, relationship issues, anxiety, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution, demonstrating your strong theoretical background in the field.
