Sales Specialist Mass Spectrometry

Customer-facing sales specialist role focused on selling Agilent mass spectrometry solutions integrated with automation platforms to laboratory customers. The position works collaboratively with account managers and technical teams to help customers optimize laboratory workflows, efficiency, and digital transformation across North America.
Responsibilities
- Position Agilent solutions through consultative sales conversations focused on productivity and return on investment
- Develop account strategies and execute growth plans in partnership with sales teams
- Engage customer stakeholders to understand laboratory challenges and workflow requirements
- Support sales teams in qualifying and positioning lab productivity solutions to their customer base
- Represent Agilent at customer meetings, industry conferences, and marketing events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or related scientific discipline
- 2+ years hands-on laboratory experience with analytical workflows or LC/MS systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within North America
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles, business development, or product management (preferred)
- Familiarity with laboratory automation platforms and digital laboratory solutions (preferred)
Compensation: $117,000-$195,000/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
